Lovilia Recycling Trailer Is Being Abused

Someone is putting bags of garbage in the trailer and leaving appliances and other things that are garbage around the trailer. If you see someone doing this report it to city hall.

Only proper items are to be put in the trailer: glass bottles in the glass section; tin and aluminum cans in the can section; plastics labeled 1-7 in the plastics section; and office paper, cardboard, magazines, newspapers, and books in the paper section.

Monroe County govt. furnishes the trailer but will take it away if the trashing continues. Trash in the bins can cause them to throw out the whole load because it is “contaminated” with non recyclables.

This is a benefit we don’t want to give up! Please help.

CORONA 19 VIRUS RESTRICTIONS

The epidemic is spreading so church services have been canceled. Funerals are limited to ten persons in attendance. Many are working from home or sent home without work. School is closed. If you talk to someone you are to stand six feet away from them which is called social distancing. Wash your hands before eating, after bathroom use, after touching doorknobs, etc. Don’t leave home except to get groceries, medicine, or to the doctor. Hunker down and wait it out. Some say it could be over in weeks others say months. China has taken about 4 months to bring it under control so the United States will probably need 4 months too. That will take us out to about the 4th of July. I will come back in a future post and see how close this GUESS is. Everyone please follow the guidelines to protect yourself and others. Only you and I can prevent the spread of the virus. God bless and keep you all.
