Lovilia Scavenger Hunt

Filed under: Uncategorized — Susan Beary @ 9:38 pm

Want to take a walk or bike ride with a destination?  I biked the town today looking for great yards.  Below is a list you can find and check out for your self.

To be included they had to have the lawn mowed well, weed eated and trimmed, no trash in the ditches, no piles of stuff in the yard, and no junk vehicles in the yard.  Also, they were landscaped with beautiful flowers . These were my criteria and no one elses.  Also, I could not list some houses because they have no house number posted or had one that I could not read (like white numbers on a white board).

Not for me but for yourselves, if you have no house number  you are at risk if you call for 911 in an emergency. They use the house number to locate you. So when minutes count, I urge to post numbers where they can be seen clearly from the street.

These are the numbers that impressed me with beautiful yards.  You could make it a  game to see if you could find them.  Have fun tracking them down!
